These independent contractors are driven by a genuine desire to make their customers happy, going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction because they understand the value of repeat business. These are the small guys. The ones who don’t work for large companies and usually don’t have the means to compete with them. We know this to be true because we used to be those guys, and have worked with hundreds of them on job sites all over the Mid West and South.
In one of our many conversations over the years about this subject, we asked ourselves "How do we put the best contractors available in front of more customers, while keeping costs low and giving those customers a great experience?" Many failures later, Scrubbli was born.
